2. What the request form collects

The form on the main page collects the name, the email address, the phone number, the city where the boat lies, and a consent checkbox. Nothing else is requested, and no payment details are ever taken on this page.

3. Why it is collected

The details exist for one purpose: so a surveyor can contact the person who asked for a survey. They are not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared beyond the people who handle the request.

4. Where it is kept

Request details are stored in a registration file held by the publisher and are kept only for as long as the request is being answered. The page itself places no cookies for this.

5. Your rights under Canadian law

Requests on this page are handled under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada sets the standard this page follows. You may ask to see, correct or remove your details at any time by writing to the contact above.

6. Opting out

To opt out of further contact, reply to any message, or write to [email protected]. Your details are then removed from the request file.
